I M e t Y o u A n d t h e W o r l d C h a n g e d
It was the amount of useless time I had spent writing about my own life and single the moment I took to realize how nobody really gives a shit about how many times I'd puked last friday or how gorgeous the boy at the art gallery was, that pushed me to create what I consider one of the greatest t.A.T.u.-related communities to ever brace the face of livejournal! Conceited you may say now, but this is only the start. As long as I'm blog obsessed, I might as well be logging public entries that people might be interested in. |
And myself being what I consider to be a die-hard t.A.T.u. fan, naturally I thought, what better to create than one more of the dozens of communities already dedicated to this prestigious duo? ..right- nothing.
My goal is to soon be the creator of the most riveting, most informative community of only the truest t.A.T.u. fans. You only go as far as you dream. I promise to put my heart and soul into each piece of this journal for as long as it exists and I will do the best in my power to serve and support all of my fellow t.A.T.u. fans.
As for a bit about me.. I am a teenage female residing in BC, Canada. I've been a fan of t.A.T.u. ever since the lyrics of their first english-released single was played on the airwaves and was soon to clash with the liking of my own ears at the tender age of 12. It's been more than four years since then and I'm still playing the same songs I have been since the day I first purchased my copy of 200 km/h in the Wrong Lane.
Many rumours and much controversy has surrounded t.A.T.u. since day one, and sometimes it is difficult to know what to believe. For fans who were around before and during the release date of Anatomiya t.A.T.u.(2003) this is also an exclusively personal subject. Release dates were pushed back repeatedly, shows and talkshow dates were cancelled, tabloids flew crazy with dirt of the Russian pair. A considerable amount of t.A.T.u.'s fanbase has been altered over the years, but now it has been over half a decade since t.A.T.u. first came out to the public. I quote Lena once as saying "Don't believe everything you read. Keep your head up and keep listening to our music."
It's been a rough ride. And to the fans that have kept strong and loyal, I salute you. This community is dedicated to your patience, devotion, and faith.
